Hello love, I'm Ashley!
I am a Sacred Intimacy coach. I've clocked 1,000+ hours of my own work over the past five years. As a coach, I completed the 600 hr VITA Love, Sex, & Relationship certification through the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality. I’ve worked with over 30 clients and have coached over 100 hours.
I am passionate about this work because it’s been my journey over the past 5 years.
I STRUGGLED to have the partnership, sex, and intimacy I wanted.
Everyone around me had a great partner and sex life. It was hard for me and I didn’t know why. I felt stuck and believed I would be alone forever.
When a boy broke my heart and I got real about the trauma I was carrying, I realized:
I've got to feel the pain I’ve been running away from. Otherwise, this will be my life forever.
I goggled, “How do I heal from sexual abuse?” and started feeling my unfelt pain. I spent 1000s of hours in practices feeling my unfelt pain.
Those hours invited me to come home to myself.
Those hours helped me see what a gift it is to know myself deeply.
Knowing myself deeply changed my life.
I am here now to show you how to know yourself deeply so you can call in the partnership, sex, and intimacy you desire with magic & ease.

Your Dream Intimate Life | 1:1 Individual Coaching
A private 1:1 coaching container for receiving the intimacy, connection, and erotic aliveness you crave while feeling secure and deeply connected to yourself.
Your Dream Intimate Life is for someone who is ready to receive their dream intimate life while feeling secure and connected to themselves through body-based inquiry and embodied processes.
This 1:1 coaching container includes:
Month 1
2 deep dive 90 minute calls, where we get clear on your desires and challenges that we'll work on during our time together.
Custom plan, to focus our time together to create shifts to move you closer to your desire
Month 2-4 (min)
- 2 75 minute calls a month, where we'll work with different tools to break down your challenges. You'll leave each session with a custom home play practice.
Some of the tools I commonly use with clients are: body-based inquiry, embodiment practices, somatic concepts, breathwork, ceremony, and self-pleasure.
