This 1:1 coaching container includes:
Month 1
2 deep dive 90 minute calls, where we get clear on your desires and challenges that we'll work on during our time together.
Custom plan, to focus our time together to create shifts to move you closer to your desire
Month 2-4 (min)
Some of the tools I commonly use with clients are: body-based inquiry, embodiment practices, somatic concepts, breathwork, ceremony, and self-pleasure.
Voxer support in-between sessions, so you can reach out with questions and get support as you apply what you’re learning in our sessions to your intimate life.
This coaching container starts at a monthly cost of $400, with a required minimum commitment of 3 months after the first month of onboarding (4 months in total of working together at minimum). Shifts happen in 3 months, but I see the deepest transformation happen in longer containers (6-9 months).
