Month 1
2 deep dive 90 minute calls, where we get clear on your desires and challenges that we'll work on during our time together.
Month 2-6 (min)
Some of the tools I commonly use with clients are: body-based inquiry, embodiment practices, somatic concepts, breathwork, ceremony, and self-pleasure.
Telegram support in-between sessions, so you can reach out with questions and get support as you apply what you’re learning in our sessions to your intimate life.
This coaching container starts at a monthly cost of $400, with a required minimum commitment of 5 months after the first month of onboarding (6 months in total of working together at minimum).
